Established in year 2003, “Om Management Consultants” is service provider Compliance Service, Environmental Services, Audit Services etc.
The company will provide the consultant with employee details, including monthly attendance and personal information of newly joined employees, on or before the 3rd of each month for payroll processing.
The consultant will process the payroll data provided by the company and submit it to the Audit team and HR for verification by the 5th of the month. The final audited payroll data will be returned to the consultant with suggested changes, if any, before the 6th of every month.
On the 7th of every month, the consultant will submit the final processed payroll data.
The consultant will also submit all required softcopy data, such as MLWF, PF, ESIC, PT challans, along with the payroll data to the Company Account Department.
Monthly pay slips will be sent to employees' personal email addresses by the consultant.
The consultant will generate UAN (Universal Account Number) for new employees, activate UAN numbers, and upload KYC documents for PF registration.
TIC (Temporary Identification Certificate) numbers for employees will be generated by the consultant for ESIC registration.
The consultant will strictly maintain the confidentiality and security of all payroll data, sharing it only with authorized and authenticated individuals nominated by the company.
